i wont even take paracetamol.. ano we can but i still wont haha

nervous about everything with 1st pregnancy :rotfl:

i've just been suffering

I was told by GP that you can take Paracetamol just as normal - at least 4 hours apart and no more than 8 in 24 hours. I personally am not taking anything because I'm completely neurotic

I found that mine tend to ease off sometimes when I drink a lot so I dunno if it's something to do with your body needing more fluid than usual for the extra blood volume or what. Then again sometimes they are just relentless all day so I think it's just another one of the joys of being pregnant :cheer:

I was getting terrible headaches to the point where I had to take paracetamol, even when i didn't want to, but i'm pretty sure it is a fluids things as they seemed to stop when I started drinking more x

lol Ive been the same me hubby calls me silly cos i sit there moaning lol it really bangs some times right over me eye

I suffered with terrible headaches and migraines with my first baby and found that the cool and soothe gel patches helped when it got really bad. Paracetamol don't seem to work for me unless I take then with iburofen but you not allowed that when you are pregnant!!!!! The joys of pregnancy.... :wall: :wall:

I went to see my GP as my headaches were really severe at times. She said paracetamol, but I'm not happy about taking them either. It's also important that you get your blood pressure checked as headaches can be a warning sign of high BP. Thankfully, everything was ok with me, but she checked me over thoroughly and it gave me peace of mind. :moon:
