well no twins for me! and got dated back to 6+6 weeks, which meant my HCG was at 22000 at just 5+4 weeks. So very high!

just happy there is 1 happy healthy pregnancy in there. Although twins would have been amazing. x

oh, she also said that after 5-6 weeks HCG levels become irrelevant, cause the range is so vast and its common to have very high HCG but only 1 pregnancy.

My doctor did mine for me last time he said the nurse normally does it but she had a 4 week waiting list x

Hey Kanga,

I was the same. I too and a fraternal twin and seems to bloat very quickly and had all the same symptoms my mum said she had with me nad my sister so I too was a little surprised at my first scan when it was just the one - but like you that surprise was momentary.
