well i have been taking 2x400mg ag 2 x daily,for about 5 days now! ,hoping it may make me ovulate ,just wondered if anyone else is taking it and do you have any symptoms from it?? , i have bright yellow wee! and when i lay in bed it feels as tho my womb is moving lol!! fx its doing something!!

Yeah I'm getting flutters in my tummy which feel like ov and mood swings. I've been taking it for about 5 days now.

I've been taking it for about 2-3 months it has regulated my cycle!! Gives me earlier ov and shorter cycle!
I think it's good stuff -I take 2 x 400mg in morning and 2 again at tea time x but stop at ov!! Dobt take during 2ww! X

Good luck hun. I feel like ov is near too but then i just think its wishful thinking BBT increased today but opk was neg, have tender breast. Grrrrr what does it all mean!!

im not using opks anymore to much hard work and i was getting like 5 positives a month , docs said it can happen with pcos ...agnus castus was put on this planet for a reason !!!

Interesting to see that ^^^^ several positive OPKs can be a sign of PCOS. When I tried to use ovulation sticks, I had lines on every single one! x x

I tried AG and ended up having a chemical, so I guess it could have made me pregnant, it also made my cycle waay longer so although I got PG the longer cycle thing put me right off.

Gah! I couldn't cope with longer cycles, they're already 60 odd days at the least!!

Suppose it's worth a try once at least, just to see if it works. Hopefully won't need to but you never know eh? x x

I'm not 110% sure of the benefits, but as far as I know, it boosts ovulation/progesterone (I think that's the right one) and just helps fertility. It's mainly used by ladies with long and irregular cycles as it is known to help shorten cycles as well.

Other bonuses is that it apparently improves your skin if you have problems with it.
