Agnus Castus

Quick question for anyone who has used Agnus Castus capsules. I bought some from holland and barratt this morning, they are 400mg capsules. It says take 2 twice daily. I have read some people only take one twice daily. I don't want to take too much!! x

I took AC for the first time this cycle, I had two in the morning and two in the late afternoon so I had 1600mg per day and I took it for two weeks. x x

I took it this cycle too, like you I didnt want to take to much so I just took 2 in the mornings.

I took it this cycle too. I just took 2 in the morning time. And also for 2 weeks. Stopped as soon as I got smiley faces on digi OPK.

this is my 2nd cycle of two 2x daily i stop after two weeks tho good luck x

It was my 1st cycle using it too, I took 1x twice a day

I only took one tablet once daily that worked fine for me on 1st cycle the 2nd cycle its gone out of wack as it was only 14days long so I've stopped it for now.
