Happy accident or agnus castus working?

My DH & I were taking a TTC break in November but we (accidentally/tipsily) DTD a little bit in my fertile window - although DH didn't finish.

I also started taking Agnus Castus around the beginning of the month, hoping it may bring my cycles up from 26 days to my usual 28 days (usual before I had my son) but I have no idea how quickly it works!

So by my Ovia app I'm now on cycle day 28 - so 2 days late by my 26 day cycle....

Is it more likely to be the supplements affecting my cycle or is the withdrawal method as unreliable as they tell you at school?! 😄

We used withdrawal on and off for around 10 years and never had an unplanned pregnancy so I say bollocks to it not being reliable (each time we "tried" it's been around 3 cycles to catch

Yeah I used it for a year and never caught then first month on the pill I got preg!! Xx

Thanks ladies! PG test was negative... so definitely looks like the supplements messing with my cycle.... which is bizarre. Can't believe they could work that rapidly - quite scary.

I was amazed at evening primrose oil it helped reduce my cycle from 35 days to my normal 31 last cycle! Let's hope it helps and next month you get a BFP xx
