i always get bored with it and decide to have it cut short then regret it the day after
its just past shoulder length now and now im growing it!
MIL is a hairdresser so she trims it and colours it for me for free

I had my hair cut in august last year...and didn't get it cut again until this august...and well it still looks crappy... My hair has a mind of its own.. I'm temptd to have a drastic cut but as you said Toxic, hairdressers are way to expensive and well my mum is not a person you want to let loose with a pair of scissors... years of torment at school when I was younger are proof of that..
