Had reassurance scan!

So excited i could burst! Had my early scan on tue at 8wk + 4. Saw my little peanut with heartbeat thumping away on screen. The way the yolk sac was sitting made it look like the baby had a halo, scanner woman said it was my angel lol. Also moved me from 8wk + 4 to 9wk exactly. Had my 1st midwife appt this morning too, finally allowing myself to get excited

Aww, congratulations! My 8 week scan looked just like that, albeit a teeny bit smaller! It's lovely seeing that heart beat thumping away! Only 3 weeks until you see it again looking like a proper baby! Nothing compares to that feeling of seeing its hands and nose etc! Roll on 3 weeks time!
