grr wanna no if im moving today or not

ive been trying to ring the counsil to see if my pre tenency desision have been finished as they said today but fones are just ringing and ringing so i thought i no il ring the estate agents nope there fones are just ringing and ringing grr wanna no when i move in and to top it all the damn house phone battery has died so i gotta wait for it to recharge!!!! really not my day
