Got a rash all over my hand

hey girls i noticed yesterday that i'd gotten a rash all over the tops of my hand put some moisturiser on before i went to bed, by this morning it'd gone and i've just noticed it's come back.

i had my anti-d yesterday could i be having an allergic reaction to the anti- d or is it something i have used whilst at home

I don't know what it could be. Maybe you should see your gp and ask him??
