Have a fab time but are you innoculated to go? We tried to get a last minute trip to Eqypt but wouldn't have had the necessary innoculations to go and not sure about what you can have when pregnant, think they at least advise malaria tablets.

oooh, ill have to ask my doctor! the travel agent wouldnt book us a holiday to the carribean becuae she said i would need malaria pills and i cant take them but she said i wouldnt need anything for egypt. Ill double check though x

ive just booked my holiday haha weekend break at easter with haven fancy swapping pmsl

lol sorry midnight i think ill stick with egypt!! im so happy because me and OH have just moved house and i was desperate for a holiday because we havent had one this year but we just couldnt afford even a weekend away.

Have a fab time in Haven - i love Haven, reminds me of being a kid!!

I would say i would post a couple of pics when i get back but theres no way im getting my lardy ass caught on camera atm!! x

i did get bitten loads in sharm el sheik by mossies!! i had to have antibiotic cream- so stock up on your repellent , also get the plug in ones for ur room etc!! i didnt get bitten at all in Hurghada I dont think xx

its taba that im going to, mozzies dont tend to bother me - i was in thailand for 6 months in 2009 and hardly got bitten at all but ill deffo be using loads of spray and stuff just in case! x

I never ever get bitten and im half turkish and basically mossies stay away (i think its the blood lol) wherever I go im fine but that was the first time. i got bitten so much (mabe 50 times!!)we paid like £20 fr this antibiotic cream! im sure ul be fine but id take some just incase everything is exp out there like suncream etc! ul have a lovely break im sure xx

Ooo what a nice nan u have. Me and oh went to Egypt the summer just gone, we didn't need any jabs for going. Only thing I would say is get some tablets for upset tummy over here that u know u can use in pregnancy coz we had awful tummy upset, an most people we spoke to did! They will try rip u off over there for medication an being pregnant things they give might not be suitable! They tried to sell us loads of Viagra too! Xxxx

Drink LOADS of water, especially on the plane too, I found myself sooo dehydrated when I went, i went thorough loads of water on plane and didn't pee once so must of needed it. Also be carefully as you may burn more easily while pregnant and remember little one sensitive to bright light so might be an idea to keep tummy covered while sunbathing. Have a fab time! X
