Gilberts syndrome

Hi at my booking in appointment i was refered to consultant because my baby was low birth weight (5lb 5oz) but then at my scan the midwife said he wasnt classed as low birth weight and its more likely ive been refered due to gilbert syndrome .. I cant see why the first midwife would have said about low birth weight if that wasnt why, and she disnt seem worried about the gilberts syndrome.. Does anyone knoe if gilberts syndromw can effect a pregnancy? Thanks x

Sorry don't have any advice, as its my partner who has gilberts, but if it helps our baby was fine but obv different if mum has it x
