It's so annoying yesterday and this weekend i felt so up and down, yesterday was in a crappy mood, i was making boiled eggs and couldnt peel them properly so threw one on OH's plate and said ive had enough and had a tantrum, he started laughing, i wasn 't :wall: the rest of the day i spent in tears feeling like a heffer and then in the evening i was fine? wtf?

This morning i had to pull my friend up, she was saying how my bump was quite big considering i still had a few months to go, it annoyed me so i told her thats the worst thing u could say to a pregnant woman is that she looks big and she said oh could of the birth and stuff so said no cause its annoying!!!

RARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I always wondered why y friends went into hybernation during the later months im starting to understand why not...

Im lso worried cause im supposed to be going to a do next saturday and im going to be the residential preggo one so wondering who'll come out wit what comments and how it will make me feel...

Ahhh, these bloody hormones

I know how you feel, it doesn't take much for people to irritate us in our condition......but do you find that other days you're really pretty happy for no particular reason? As long as we have the good days we can roll with the bad.

As for other people's opinions, I'm sure pregnancy means you have to develop an extra thick skin - everyone wants to add their two penneth worth and it's soooooo bloody annoying! Today I mentioned to a friend (who's never been pregnant - always the worst ones) I was just going to dye my hair and she said "but are you allowed???".....I said "No, I will probably get arrested by the pregnancy police later"....

Just ignore them & speak to us instead - and wait until they get pregnant when you can turn the tables and offer your "advice" and opinions :D

Ack! I know that feeling all too well. My friends aren't exactly the most sensitive of people. I had one go into great detail of a night out they ALL had on Saturday. These days the slightest thing makes me erupt.

Like mandspice said bloody hormones! Dontcha just love them!

use it as an excuse to behave the way you want. I have always wanted to be that rude to some people, now i can and they just get stuck with it. Heaven.

I wonder if theres something in the air atm?? I've been SOOOOOO moody the past week or so, i'd put it down to her imminent arrival but maybe its not.

I found all the way through people kept saying how huge i was, not when i say she's due next week they dont seem to beleive me

I was nearly in tears over clothes at the weekend, i feel so huge in everything, i'm trying to find stretchy waist band but i dont feel i can wear skirts or crop trousers any mroe cos my ankles and feet are too fat.

We went bowling on saturday, i didnt wanna go from the start but it was my mates b'day, my back hurt from as soon as i sat down, its too loud in there, full of people i dont wanna see (i ALWAYS run in to my ex, or another guy, or baby daddies sister) AND some guy (who i'm sure was only trying to be nice) kept making comments about my bowling ball up my top, i wanted to hit him by the end of it!!!

I cant wait to not be a big fat exciting pregnant women, Oh and random people have started asking if i have signs or she's here yet :x .

For the majority of this pregnancy I have been on an even keel emotionally until this last week where I have cried over worries and insecurities and got all moody over having to go out and socialise with people. I'm also fed up with being about twice the size of other pregnant ladies at the same stage as me! And all those people who feel the need to mention it to me as if I were not aware of it!

 to you all for feeling the same way!

The thing that now sends me in to tantrums is the fact that I find it painful to pick things up off the floor and I'm getting clumsy so everything falls on the floor. DH says to leave it and he'll pick it up but I'm just not like that. I even feel the need to pick up things for other people :wall:

On the whole, I haven't been too bothered by peoples comments but just recently I've had a number of people asking if I'm having twins! I'm not even that big. My size is about right for my weeks. If I'm getting comments like that now - what are they going to be saying when I'm full term.

It's not too much longer now

And it is always from people who don't have children!!

The one that is annoying me the most is, "you'll have to get rid of your cat or she'll sit on the baby and suffocate it..."

Err - according to other people who actually have children and cats - she probably won't go near the baby. And I am not THAT stupid to leave them in a room together long enough to find out.

So thank you for your opinion. It has not been noted.

The only cat i know who's been around a baby is scared to death of her! When she was little she'd try and sniff her then if she moved she'd run a mile, and now she's bigger she just runs away from her. You know your cat better then anyone else and how they are around new things.

Awwww I seen your pictures from the baby shower and you look gorgeous in them!!!!! So fook what people are saying.

As for hormones and people with no kids I laugh at them now! My sister is meant to be the brains of our familly......shes the cleaver, boring one and Im the stupid, ditzy one. She was trying to tell me what I can and cant eat and what I should and shouldn't be doing :moon: :moon: :moon: soooo I told her back what I can and cant do.....I'm experienced so she couldnt argue!

Thanks for all the lovely replies and funny stories...

MAND i do think i have my fair share of ups and being majorly silly and singing Baby Hay silly songs about how much Mummy loves him and how hes my little sausage boy lol!

I guess i worry cause sometimes i want to be happy and hearty all the time i guess thats not realistic...
