rant about my work

just called my head office to ask them to post my last 2 wage slips as i need them to claim for housing benefit.

spoke to the woman in payroll and she was so rude.

she asked when baby was due so i told her and she said "oh youv'e still got ages yet why did you give up work so early"

erm excuse me but 6 weeks isn't ages and im entitled to take my time when i bloody well like.

ergh so annoying. stuck up women sitting in there bloody offices. she has no idea about all the stuff iv'e had to get ready for baby. can't do it all and work can i.

She shouldn't really question you on that. It's up to every individual when they take their maternity leave. Did you get the problem sorted? xx
