Just curious if anyone has any thoughts, information, or opinions. So my TSH is back down, and in a good range. Now my CD 3 bloodwork came back. My AMH was 7.39, which my doctor was overly happy about, but my FSH was 9.4…..not too great. I’m only 26.5, but she said this is what she would expect for a 37/38 year old FSH. She wants me to retest next month, but I feel totally defeated. Are there ways to lower the FSH or are my ovaries just aging quickly, and I should stop even ttc? Thank you in advance for any help!!!

Ovarian reserve is getting worse along with woman's age. You can try to improve your eggs quality, however, available methods do not guarantee 100% success. Fertilityroad site published a very detailed article in their online magazine that might help you understand your chances and whether or not invest your time and efforts in improving ovarian reserve or consider undergoing IVF or IVF DE. All the best
