Foot Cramps!

I was just wondering if anyone else gets cramp in their feet. I always seem to get it last thing at night , my cats thought I was a right loon last night with them, I started jumping about the kitchen because of it (glad I had the blinds closed ). I do very occassionaly get it in my legs when I'm in bed but it's mainly in my feet. Is there anything I can do to help?

Fortunately, I have not experenced any cramps yet.

Try stretching the arch of your feet to see if that helps.

Ouch! I've been having craps in my feet too...Sooo painfull! I have to stamp around and rub feet which hurts but gets rid of them...I've just started getting them up my calves too when I stretch on a morning!

enn...I get restless legs too..Different thing Both very annoying when your trying to sleep! x

not in my feet but in my bum cheek and right down my leg and sometimes up my back had it with millie aswell, was advised to drink tonic water but its horrible so i put up with the cramps instead lol
