Backache and cramps?

Hiya everyone x

Just wondering if anyone else was getting any backache or cramps still? I woke up last night with awful cramp in my lower back, and thought "shit what if im going into labour early"!!

Then I woke up properly and it was bearable, and eventually went away? I did really get a fright though!

Is this normal or should I be worried about it, this is baby number one so i really have no clue!!

I would just say its still stretching hun, especially if its your lower back! X

hey hon I've been worrying about the same thing - lower back is aching as I write this! All being well it's just round ligament pains...have you had them round the front too or just the lower back? x x
