First Appointment with midwife!

Hi,

Seems quiet in here.......Well today i had my first appointment with the midwife.....It went well, forms to fill in, and blood pressure checked etc, and have my first scan booked for the 15th December Yay!!!!!!

Awesome. I can't wait for my appointment.....I'm apparently due around 6 July so I'm hoping I hear something soon from doctor's/midwife about first appointment. I'm past the stage now of when I had a miscarriage last time so I'm getting a bit more excited now.

Silly question? Do you think they shut down any scans over Xmas/New Year period?
