Feeling crappy :(

Urghhh the whole way through my pregnancy i haven't had a single illness cept morning sickness but this morning i woke up with a killer of a sore throat and keep getting hot flushes....

Here comes a cold! It has to come when i'm starting to slack with this pregnancy! It's prob due to not sleeping properly and also my lovely daughter has a cold too!

I hate them....!

its terrible isnt it specially when ur pregnant you feel 10 times worse i felt like i was dying when i had the cold with this pregnancy

Tim's brought me some locketts which help while your sucking them but as soon as you've finished it all comes back!! Blaghhh!

Lemsip drinks! That's what helped me! Loads of fluids and the recommended amount if lemsip drinks! I know exactly how you feel and only now do I feel human again! x big hugs x

Hi chic, guess what I have the same - yesterday I knew something was working on me and this morning oh yes a sore throat and I keep getting warm. I have took a few paracetamol as I dont want my temperature getting too high, I have a UTI as well so taking antibotics for it as well. Too be honest my patience is at an all time low god help my hubbie and son earlier I was bitting their heads off for anything and then I packed them off into town - felt bad after though!! Couple of ones in my work have had this so this is how I got it!

Am i allowed lemsip? I've got beachems but on the back it said ask your doctor before drinking! Got m/w later so will ask her what i can take!!

I asked my mw and she said lemsip is fine (the ones with just paracetamol in not ibuprofen) and they were an absolute life saver!

Still feeling rough! I totally forgot to ask mw what I can take as she was running 30mins late then had a nightmare appointment but will start a new thread about that when I get back from dropping lace off at school!!
