Mine just asked about breastfeeding, sleeping, going to baby groups and whether I had support around me!

Thats what mine asked x and even offered to bgo get colief yesterday for me as I was upset she said she was there to chat too if I needed it xx

I caved and put Harry in his basket on his tummy!!! He's been sound asleep for an hour now since his last feed!!! I knew he wanted to be on his tummy and after breaking down last night because he hardly slept yesterday we decided to try it for naps for a few days before being brave enough to try it at night. Jack's been crashing about with his toys as usual, OH is working for a neighbour so is crashing in and out of the door the telly is on, the ipad is on and he's happily snoring away whereas usually when he's on his back or side the slightest noise makes him jump and wake up! I'm very nervous about it but if he's happy and I can spend a little quality time with Jack a couple of times a day then i'm happy! x

Nicky love please try not to worry, it gets much easier I promise. I'm on my third week without OH now and I'm fine without him. I found that I just needed to stay ahead of the game with Blake- always have everything to hand- fresh nappies, clean clothes, sterilised bottles and a flask of hot water. Every time Blake is asleep I make sure I'm prepared for when he next wakes- and thats when I eat and drink too!

Diane- I think we might be having a growth spurt here too (Blakes adjusted age is 6 weeks) He was having his third bottle at 9.30am too!

Quite proud of myself this morning- so far I've

Changed Blake topped and tailed
Fed him 3 times
Showered and dressed
Changed when he sicked up on me
2 loads of washing done
Cat litter tray cleaned out
Washing up done
Cleaned out the cupboard under the stairs to put the pram in
Swept the kitchen floor
Cleaned out and organised the cupboard under the sink

and it's only 10.30am!

Bloody hell dc what a supermum! I've fed sky 3 times, changed her twice, had some breakfast and that's it lol! Gonna have to go out tho and I really really dont wanna as it's snowing but we have no washing up powder or food for tea also need some cold relief tablets as I feel so shocking still!

I should be happy that sky usually sleeps from 7.30-4 then 4.30-8, last night was 7.30-3.30 then 4.30-6! And she's only just gone back to sleep now. I know that's still a good amount for a 6 week old baby but I'm not used to it and feel sooo tired. Maybe it's cos I'm ill too x

I was told CJ is technically only 3 weeks old, but I swear he is going through the 6 week growth spurt too!!!

I will read through all posts properly later, trying to express, shower and pack before my parents get here!!! Xx

What's adjusted age mean? How do you work out their adjusted age ?

Adjusted age is from the due date. Blake was due on 4th Feb, but he wasn't born until 18th Feb 2 weeks late. From his birthday he is 4 weeks and 2 days, but from his due date he is 6 weeks and 2 days. It also works the other way for premature babies as Sassy has mentioned with Colby.

DC! You put me to the very depths of shame! Today I've tidied, got dressed, got baby dressed and in car seat, gone to my mums.

Feeding and nappy changes I have lost count of. She is feeding non-stop and pooing after every feed. Terrormite!

Yep deffo a growth spurt here just fed for 4th time and only slept 30 mins since 6! I'm exhausted!

Blake's just had bottle number 4 too, but he is sleeping in between which is why I've got so much done I guess.

I'm going to treat myself and watch some catch-up TV now

Well payday an im skint already I fear! £313 for oil (no gas in my village and minimum order is 460lts)
Bulk food shop £86, home bargains £20, matalan for socks for quinn and me an slippers for hubby £11 and £30 diesel my money simple evaporates

Lil man has his 1st newborn item on today his tiny baby trousers are too small
Hes growing well xx

Colief has worked no more vomiting since 9pm last night an hes much happier

Lol these babies must be in sync! I don't know how much mine has drunk but she's been guzzling my boobs dry all morning and afternoon! I'm exhausted!!

Maddie, Alfie is really coming into his own. You can see all his handsome features properly now!

DW, I hate looking at my dwindling salary and growing bills! Look at your gorgeous little one - adorable!

Great news DW, sounds like the colief is doing it's job. It's destroying watching the money disappear though. I'm counting the days until payday too.

Aww Quinn and Alfie look sooo cute and adorable!

Sky has been asleep since 1 so that's good, managed to have a bit of a clean up and do some washing.

Any ladies starting exercising again? I'm really unhappy with my body ATM but I'm struggling to think of when I can fit in the gym. We have a small gym in our garage but still can't see when I'll get time to go in! I need to start tho; we are going away in september and wanna be happy in my bikini again!

Diane was just about to write something about exercise!! I actually think I'm still putting on weight!!I feel like a hefer! I have started walking more but guessing too soon to start running. Pelvis still uncomfortable. Might waiting until my 6 week check and ask then. I cannot stop eatin. Hope everyone is ok? Xxx

Glad the coiled is working for Quinn DW and yay for newborn clothes! Harry's still in his but it won't be long before he can wear his Brother's 0-3mth hand me downs lol

I've had such a good day today! Harry's happy sleeping on his tummy meaning I have spent lots of quality time with my big boy! Long may it continue x

Same here hl28!!! I was back down to my pre-preg weight but I've def put weight back on; I cannot seem to stop eating!! Just got out my wedding and honeymoon pics and am determined to get back to that! Although not easy with Easter coming up grr! Got my 6 week check tomorrow so hopefully get the all clear !

I'm 2 stone lighter than I was pre pregnancy and still loosing despite eating loads!!!

We haven't had any sick either since taking the colief, just some gundgy sicky type stuff from his chest!!!

Maddie, CJ has the same shirt as Alfie, both he and Quinn look gorgeous!!!

We have just been to Freeport for a walk, spent some money on myself which was nice, took Nanna and grandad too!!!

He has slept a fair while today which is good so maybe we are over the unsettled day yesterday, fingers crossed!!!
