Sassy! Lol I think men are so foolish. To be fair he was sleep talking but it made me laugh.

Talulah, aren't we meant to be very fertile right now? Fingers crossed you'll conceive straight away!!
Even though I just had a c section and didn't experience labour and it was all a bit traumatizing, I know what you mean! I look back fondly and cannot wait to do it again one day. I'm just praying to god that I conceive straight away!!

Vicky, my milk also came in at around day 4. On day 3 we had her for the first time from nicu and I only had colostrum. The poor thing lost almost a whole lb in a day!!
My nipples took a good 2 weeks to toughen up. They are now completely deformed!

Claire, where did you get your money wrap from? I want to get one too!!

I just took her to be weighed and she's 10lbs exactly! So tubby!
If anyone's wondering if their babies are getting enough from breastfeeding. Don't worry!

I bought it new from Ebay. I bidded on a couple of second hand ones but they were selling for almost as much as a new one so we thought sod it and bought new! We just had half a dozen parcels delivered and I got all excited and it wasn't there! lol Jack's new shopping trolley and play food was though so thats him happily pushing it around one handed with his swagger like his Daddy! haha x

I know i know .... Just trying to get 10 minutes of me time is not easy lol

However some success today after a bad start to the morning i plonked myself down in front of the tv with Alex and my feeding cushion and just let him get on with it .... 1 and half hours later he achieved what he was trying to do and bought my milk in hurray!!! He is now sound asleep in his basket after a very hard days work lol

He drives me crazy at times but i love that little bugger to death. Now what's the betting the midwife will turn up and disturb him!!

Help!! I have a tummy sleeper!!!! He loves to be on my chest (hence buying a Moby wrap so I can get things done) and was whinging just now after his bottle so I laid him across my lap on his belly and he went to sleep in seconds!!!

I'm too chicken to let him sleep like it though!! He does sleep very well at night only waking twice but he's rubbish at napping during the day. Surely 13 days old is too young? x

Ladies with babies 6 weeks ish... Do you put your babies "to bed" or keep them in with you till you go to bed? We keep sky in the living room with us till we go to bed at 10ish but we don't have an evening together anymore... Shall I put her to bed earlier? At the moment she sleeps through from 10pm but I don't wanna put her earlier if it means she wont sleep through ? What do you all do?

Vicky I latch Beau off most the time she just stays there fiddling and I don't like it so I latch her off once she's finished properly feeding. How's it going now ur milks in? Have u got Lansinoh? Xxx

Yeah Alex will just stay on my nipple even if he isn't feeding, if i try and move he starts sucking again. He has been feeding quite a bit this evening but i am hoping he will fill up quicker tonight and get off to sleep a little earlier. Last night he didnt go to sleep until 12ish but then he only woke up twice during the night.

Diane, mine will be 5 weeks on Sunday and we've started putting her to bed at around 7/8ish and keep the baby monitor religiously by my side and check on her a lot. But it's good as she gets a good nights sleep and we can do things too. I still find it tough though!

We had a horrendous evening with CJ being sick and unsettled, finally got him down with aid of a dummy at 11 and he just had a feed now, just hoping no more sick and more sleep!!!! Xx

Down - 2 minutes later she's up for more again argh!!!

We just had an explosion and then he took a bottle, hoping he will go back to sleep as my boobs are leaking!!!
He is still really mucousy which I don't think his helping, and his little tummy is churning! Poor baby!

Quinn has been awake for his usual unsettled 4.45-5.50 hes jus fallen asleep on my chest x so waiting until he goes into bit deeper sleep then gona try transfer back to basket x

Managed to settle him after he puked on me, himself and my bed, it was really mucousy though, I think that might be half the problem!
Managed to pump 5oz in 15 mins, will do for me, I'm too tired to get anymore out!!! I'm the one who has been unsettled since his last feed at 2, hoping I can get back to sleep but not looking likely!!!
I have decided between the hours of 10pm and 7am he can have a dummy, it helps him settle better, he went off twice now with it and spits it out as soon as he is deep enough asleep! I don't like em but it means we get rest, so will go with it, even mum said it made a difference!
Hope Quinn stays sleeping and you get some more rest Hun! X

I want to start putting sky to bed but don't wanna have her waking up in the night :-/ dunno what to do!
