is cassi's Scotlish signature thing?
if it is i made it for her using the programs 'MS paint' and 'Jasc animation shop', i learnt how to do it by using turorials off the internet (i just typed blinkie tutorials into google)

Also i think x-kirsty-x has made them for some people so you might want to ask her what program she uses (she makes really good ones, see her own and alfiesmummys signatures).

yeah it make them it paint and then put them all together with the jasc animation.
I just downloaded the jasc off an intenret torrent site.
Sorry i would explain how to do it but it would take forever and i would probably justconfuse you, you best bet is to go throug the tutorials already on the net.

Hiya, just seen this...I use Paint Shop Pro 10 and Animation shop.

I think little*red has covered it all about blinkies but if you wanna make your own glitters too theres a great tutorial here...

If you dont wanna use glitterkiss and stuff (cos they always have their trademark on) you can make your own like this...

OMG Kirsty i could kiss you all over, that tutorial you linked to just taught me how to make the background transparent .

I've got that too but I only use it for making lettering into 3d etc. I find PSP so much easier
