i have a date for family court hearing on the 20th of september as my ex wants to see my daughter after two years of nothing, and before that two years of letting her down and messing her about and while we was together he was violent, and advice on what is going to happen and stuff?

Have you got a diary with all dates he's let her down and when he did what, that kinda helps as when asked questions on the spot its hard to remember everything, if they allow him to have access to your daughter say you want supervised access as she doesnt know him and you want him to attend anger management classes before access is allowed. It's not a court as such,it's just a room with a table,u,ur ex,any Representatives and a judge.

Make sure u have legal representation,they will make sure ur side of the story gets heard correctly xx
