Faint line on test - am I pregnant?

Please help! DH and I have only been trying for one month, but I've seen a faint line on my test today which has gotten stronger after about 10-15 minutes. Could I be pregnant?

(The picture on the floor is after 3 minutes, and the picture in my hand is after 10)
