Exercise and early pregnancy?

I'm wondering how safe it is to exercise in first few weeks of pregnancy my friend and I usually go to a fitness class a week? And I also like to run? Any advice be great girls thanks x
 
You need to limit yourself to nothing strenuous, exercise is good but stick to things like gentle swimming or walking
 
Apparently if it's part of your routine anyway then it's fine. Just dont raise your body temperature too much or start something new :)
 
Typical, I bought a new cardio DVD this morning, I can't use it now! Will have to keep it to shift the weight afterwards lol!
 
I exercised as normal and still do. I do three sessions a week, one of which is aerobics. As one of the other girls said as long as you've always done it, it's fine. Just listen to your body, it will tell you if you're doing too much. Only advice I can give is make sure you've eaten as I always go in th mornings and used to eat after but it made me feel really Ill so I have a banana before I go now just to see me through!
