Just got my BFP... can I do vigorous exercise?

steel goddess i dont blame you, if i felt at any increased risk or had a previous m/c i wouldnt have stayed training either- BUT if all is well , just keep going!

the things i cut out were, squats and deadlifts, anything putting a big strain through my midsection, i dropped the weight down so i didnt need to strain or hold my breath, (also grabbed the opportunity to be lazy on my workouts :lol: ) most of the machines are fine because they isolate muscles rather than straining the whole body. Just go by how you feel , but if it feels its putting pressure or strain on your stomach, dont do it! Also you may find you've had enough after just a couple of exercises, thats ok too.

i think a lot of it is psychological cos you're so scared of anything going wrong, i know i could have been doing a lot more but its not worth pushing it, just keep things ticking over
