I exercised as normal and still do. I do three sessions a week, one of which is aerobics. As one of the other girls said as long as you've always done it, it's fine. Just listen to your body, it will tell you if you're doing too much. Only advice I can give is make sure you've eaten as I always go in th mornings and used to eat after but it made me feel really Ill so I have a banana before I go now just to see me through!
