Hi

Has anyone taken EPO to try and increase their EWCM? Apparently you should take it from AF until you O.

I started to take it this month (I'm on CD10, so not really that long) and I'm not sure if there is more EWCM but there is defo more CM!!!

I normally O on CD15 ish so this is well in advance of that.

Does Preseed do the same sort of thing? Although my DH won't try it as he says he wants to do it naturally

I am taking EPO. Last month was the first month, and I didn't see much change. But this month I had loads of EWCM, and rarely get any. So I think it helped.

Preseed does do a similar thing. The natural stuff must be better though!

I 'll keep trying I think, at the moment I'm stuffing that many vitamins down my throat I must rattle!!
