Anybody else noticed a DECREASE in CM when using Evening Primrose oil? I don't think I am imagining it... but since being on EPO I seem to have less CM than I did before?

Previous months I noticed plenty of CM and EWCM but this month I hardly noticed much... so I think I'm gonna give the EPO a miss next month if we don't get a BFP and see if there's a difference.

Just wondered... anyone else experienced this?

    Hi Fluff,

I can't say I have taken epo myself but I'm sure this has been mentioned before. I think epo can delay ovulation, I'm almost certain someone on here has mentioned this. Maybe you haven't had much cm because you haven't ov yet?

    Hi,

I've taken EPO and it was me who mentioned delayed ovulation. Haven't taken it this month and I still had lots of EWCM and ovulated at my usual time.

When I conceived with my son I took it and I did notice that month that I didn't get any EWCM, just creamy cm.

    Thanks for your replies girls...

I am pretty sure I ovulated at the normal time because I always get a pain at that time on one side or the other. I got a right sided pain when I expected it so I think I ovulated at the normal time... just was surprised at the lack of EWCM or even just decent CM.

Ok... time for some scientific testing... lol.... just won't use it this month and see what happens! Got AF this morning, so will try this month instead!
