Evening Primrose Oil

I bought some Primrose Oil today as I have a few people mention them and have good reviews ...

I was wondering if people take them differently ...
I just had a spy on Dr Google and seen a few things, take 3 a day on CD1 right up til OV.
Some take every day etc

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

When I did it I took 2 tablets every day up until ov and then restarted on CD1 too.

Agnus castus is the one you can just take all through your cycle, I think there's a reason why you can't take primrose oil all through the cycle (but I might be wrong).

I seen not to take it after OV. I think it is because it is not pregnancy friendly. But I may be wrong.
