Evening primrose oil? Good or bad when ttc?

Bought these to take with my folic acid tabs? Is this wise from anyone's experience? All info appreciated xx

I take it from AF to ov. You need to stop it when you ov because it can cause uterine contractions x

It's gd for Ewcm it worked well for me actually it worked to well I was leaving slug trails behind pmsl so sex was a tad slippery and lacked friction lol xx
