It's similar to my AMH which was around 5.7 15 months ago (so was probably even lower when I actually had ivf). It's at the bottom end of low ovarian reserve and means that you don't have a lot of eggs left. Anything less than 5 is classed as very low reserve and my NHS hospital won't treat you if it's below 2. If your AMH is low you're not expected to respond as well, in my case this was true as I only got 3 eggs and only 2 were mature. Having said that I was still on a relatively low stims dose to try and retain quality. What might reassure your friend however is that AMH has no bearing on quality so as long as the eggs she has got are good she's still in with a great chance xx

Thanks hon that's so helpful, they've put her on dhea? For two months then ivf after that x

So from now on we're not TTC we're MAB (making a baby)

so the let the MABing commence :bd:

I'm currently visualising a super strong sperm :sperm: burrowing his way into my healthy egg :egg: - hopefully they having a fun journey down my fallopian tube - my husband is getting worried with all this positive talk !! :bedjump:

I think if I arrived home with baby clothes :hang: he'd think I'd finally flipped :-)

:pompom:
