I'm going to have another play around anyway as my computer is a dick and won't let me do the calendar the way I want.

Might re-think it entirely

Have changed the calendars - are they easier for everyone to read?
I can only fit one appointment in each day (with the font big enough to be read by human eyes anyway!) so those days with more than one appointment on them change.
Is that OK - is it readable??

love the colours and layout
only prob is takes a while to load but my pc is rubbish so not much you can do about that

Phew - glad it's better

Takes about a year to load on my PC too - I did originally reduce it's size, but it was quite hard to read
