does belly button just pop?

does your belly button just gradually push its way out or does it just kinda "pop" one day? mine has got a little bit more shallow, but not much

I've found that it just gets more shallow day by day until its flat and then it gradually pops out x

It's definitely gradual. Mine started to fill in ages ago, and gradually started sticking out. It's now much more an outy than an inny, although it also depends how baby is laying, as sometimes it sticks out a lot more than other times! x

I noticed my belly button jumping the other night because baby was wriggling right beneath it.
It was much shallower than normal and the outside bit around the hole was more pronounced lol. X
