Does anyone believe that some cant carry certain sex?

I know that certain women are more likely to conceive one sex than the other due to the ph of their "lady environment", not too sure of the whole unable to carry a certain sex theory though x

yeh I was always told in high school biology its down to the pH levels and to do with the amount of testosterone in the mothers system that will 'help' sperm with the Y chromosome more then the X. Like cosmic said though, your pH levels can be changed with diet and certain medications will have raised or lowers your natural hormone levels slightly for an amount of time after taking them and those to factors can and do change so dramatically for some people that I don't think anyone could ever prove whether or not some people actually can't carry a certain sex.....

Maybe something fo them to research when they stop cloning whatever random animal they find....
