Do 10 Pelvic Floors and then BUMP!

Wow this is great I'm gonna hav a pelvic floor that's totes awesome lol ;-)
 
when should I start (14+2now)?
and is this going to help me during labour?
I know silly question but i thought it will bump the thread today as well :)
 
KatB97- start now and keep going! Lol! It will help keep everything supported down there and will def help keep everything working after baby comes. In terms of labour the way I see it is if u can contract your pelvic floor muscles then u r aware of them and where they are, how they feel when tense etc- therefore u r more able to relax them and 'let go' when u need to let the baby come out. Dunno if that makes any sense! Lol!

Bump - not even pregnant but still a good idea 2 do might stop my wetting myself when I cough !
