Do 10 Pelvic Floors and then BUMP!

Just want to share my good news with everyone in here.
Today I puked up (it gets better lol) and DIDNT wet myself (See!) lol I leaked a teeny bit but a definite improvement on last time I was sick a few weeks ago. So definitely think the exercises are working!

Oh and BUMP

Bump - been told by Physio I need to do these more than once a day :(
