dishwashers

bought myself one last xmas and its great i dont know how i managed without it  xxxxxxxx
why the question budge? you thinking of getting one? xxxx

no ive got one and i wouldn'r be doing without it.
I was talking to my friend on msn and she said she would never admit to having a dishwasher as its the height of liaziness.
I wondered what all you lots opinions of them were thats all.
My friend only has one child though. maybe if she had a few shewould change her mind :rotfl:

I only have one child and I admit it I am lazy then. I ytake it your friend also washes all her clothes by hand, walks everywhere and sweeps her carpet then??

I would kill anyone who tried to take my dishwasher away from me

I love my dishwasher! We didn't have one in our last house but when we moved it was already fitted in the kitchen. We need a new kitchen and my DH is talking about us not putting a dishwasher in so when the time comes I'll not put the dishes in it and get him to wash them instead - somehow I think he'll change his mind!

Lucy

Im not aloud one... so ive been saving all the washing up for OH to do

We don't have one, had one in our last place and it was genius! OH never washes the dishes in case he gets a rash (!) so i do all the washing up, a dishwasher is at the top of the list for the next time we move!

Don't worry about me doing all the washing up either, I still make him work hard with tea making (on demand) and hanging the washing out! :rotfl:

Nah don't have one, can't be bothered to pay out for one. Water and washing up liquid

yeha we have one, dad says it even came with a dishwasher fairy that moves plates from the dining table and loads and unloads the dishwasher...

pfft...

i cook he cleans, or more to the point i cook, he buys things that clean for him, or doesnt clean at all..

men eh

I've had a dishwasher for 10 years now (I'm on my third!), and really couldn't imagine how I would manage without it. It's not that I'm lazy, it's just that I can find much better things to do with my time than wash up!

A dishwasher isnt laziness at all!! I dont have one, and id bloody love one the amount of mess my OH makes.

Anything that reduces the household chores is a godsend in my eyes!!
Who would rather do the washing up by hand than have a machine do it for you?? Certainly not me, but we just dont have the space. Maybe in our next place!

Dishwashers are the best. When we moved we couldn't bring ours because the new kitchen is too small and I moan everyday. Its one of those things that once you've had one you will always want one! As well as doing the dishes it also helps the kitchen keep tidy no piles of dirty washing up it all just gets put straight in the machine. Right more moaning to ´DH now we need a mini one!
