Cycle buds!!

Pmsl just think mothers ay next yr u will have ur very own little baby to buy u some nice things for Mother's Day :-) I'm also hoping I will have a new addition to buy me some nice things hehe,I'm just gonna dish dinner up its late today cos we had a late breakfast full English so not been hungry gonna have a few afraid breezers cos my strict diet starts tomoro no booze or anything remotely naughty fr 3 weeks!! 500 cal a day diet and lots of water lol xx
 
Maybe I wasnt joking. Either im the only one that can smell the dog farting, or OH is lying and its him!

I got a mothers day bottle of wine off OHs son today which was dead sweet :) im fairly sure id go mad on 500cal a day! I feel truly hard done by sticking to 1200-1500!
 
Blimey 500 cals a day that's hardcore. No way I could do that. I admire your motivation for being able to stick to that

I did it for 3 weeks Elgin jan u remember its hard but I am determined to get bk into my 10s lol sat woman on it lose average 1lb a day but I'm a slow loser n I lost a stone first go need to lose another stone .... I can do this I can lol I hope! Gulp lol first 4 days are pure hell but seeing the scales go down helps motivate ya.. When ya testing Michele or ya just gonna wait n see if af arrives ?? Xx
 
No point in testing I know the witch is on her way so just waiting for her to arrive then I can get cracking on next cycle. Got my OPK's at the ready and going to do SMEP again that should keep me occupied until my hospital appointment.

Id be very careful jojo, At that rate of loss you start to lose muscle as your body goes into starvation mode, doesnt sound too healthy :/ I know it works to lose weight but itll be extremely hard to keep off and i dont imagine the inevitable lack of nutrition will aid ttc?

I have some drops to take alongside the diet Pippa they help stop ur body doing this,I've done it before n if I feel to ill I will stop I was fine after the first 5 days just had a headache from day 3-4 they are called secret diet drops and are very effective has a website and a fb page which has 30,000 members and a very gd success rate u do 3 weeks if the drops and low cal and then 6 weeks maintanance where u gradualy increase ya cals and what I eat, I've just finished the 6 weeks so I'm going again to lose this last stone , honestly I've tried all the diets sw ww the shakes the Kellogs diet counting cals nothing else works at all cos of my slow matabolism :-( , I will see how I go the first week.... Ahh sounds like a plan Michele fc fr next cycle xxx
 
Ive done super low cal diets like that when I was younger, about 16, and really messed myself up by getting obsessed with it so im always a bit apprehensive about them. Everything tells me I could do it and im sure I could but I just dont dare fall into that trap again. I aim for 1200-1500 and if I excercise 400+ calories, ill have a glass of wine. Ive learnt that for me, quick loss isnt good!

Maybe its a personality thing! but fair enough if it works for you chick :)
Ive got 2.5stone to shift to be on the border of healthy/overweight amd thays where im aiming for! Im in it for the long haul!
 
I want to lose at least 2 stone, preferably 3 but it feels like a bloody big mountain to try and climb! I get sooo fed up of diets so quickly, and it just gets me down when I see I've not lost a single lb, even though I've exercised until I ache and half starved myself!

It's CD26 and still no smiley (CD23 and 24) last cycle. I think I got myself over excited that maybe my body was doing what it was supposed to, and it would do the same this cycle, but no! Feeling fed up and sorry for myself today, roll on my GP appointment on the 18th!

Thats so frustrating. Last cycle I ovd a two weeks late and I drove me mad!
 
I dunno what I was thinking really, my periods have been irregular for the last two years, they weren't suddenly going to sort themselves out were they :wall2:
 
I havnt got loads to lose 9lb to a stone soon as I was done I marinated it n lost an extra 4lb aswel there's no way I could do it more than then3 weeks though but it's the only thing that works for me and I take my vits aswel don't care what they say about taking vits etc I'm taking them lol the drops actualy have maca in them lol if I could lose it any other way I would but I can't I've tried I done sw last yr and Zumba plus swimming I lose a lb here n there :-/ if I feel to ill or anything I stop and I have summet sugary n then I'm fine xx
 
I love Zumba, I was going once a week and I was contemplating doing two classes a week, then my teacher emailed and said she was terminating classes with immediate effect. Absolutely gutted! I've tried another class but didn't enjoy it as nearly as much as I did hers.

They claim the drops stop your body from going into starvation mode but not only have they no evidence to back up this claim, from the posts on that Facebook group it's very obvious that it's a lie.

And what IS their "very gd success rate"? A few hundred successful dieters out of 30,000? That's still a failure rate of 98%+.

They've conned you. Get in touch with the police. Let's get these fraudsters prosecuted and stop them scamming even more vulnerable people.

Why have I been conned ?? I've already fone this one and lost weight and I did not go into starvation mode I wasn't unwelll and at the end of the day it's my money I see this was ur first post and this is a ttc forum not a diet forum now do one!! Ppffttt some ppl lol.... Titch I to loved Zumba I stopped wen I got my bfp sat yr n never got bk into it and then she stopped it cos she was starting Zumba scentao or summet at a difrent location and it was the same night as ours n more ppl were gonna go to that one :-/ I tried the Xbox one but I couldn't get into that not same as class xxx
 
I right enjoyed zumba too but the moved the class an hour later which meant getting home after ten. Silliness! Ive done aqua zumba too which was hilarious but didnt feel much of a work out.

Jojo, if its worked for you and you're not passing out in the evening, more luck to ya! I do believe that regular exercise and slightly smaller portions work for some people but not all. Its a matter of listening to your body at the end of the day. If it feels bad or makes you fatigued-stop! Simple :)
 
Oh I will Pippa don't worry I lays listen to my body I know I'm not gonna have a lot of energy but then again I never bloody do lol I won't make myself ill for no one if I feel it's making me ill il stop it....think indeed to find another Zumba class or summet else .... Just aving my first diet meal chicken and celery soup nom it's lush if u like celery spicy beed n Tom soup for tea that marinating till later xx
 
Hope the diet goes well for you Jojo. I'm a bit like you I think Pippa, I can only manage weight loss slowly. I get seriously grumpy if I eat less than 1200 calories a day! I need to loose another 10 pounds. Am finding it so hard to give myself the final push. Xxx
