Apparently the best time to do OPK is in the afternoon as you get the best results with LH


Which is opposite to a pregnancy test which is recommended to use FMU


I've always have my positive OPK's in the afternoon x

Hi hun, I am out. I had a bleed on 9dpo and now spotting. I can feel proper AF on the way too, prob be spot on Sat-on my bday of all days I honestly dont think I will get pregnant until we have got some input from fertility clinic, I think I either need the lap to laser the endo or some drug like clomid to give stronger ov and increase my progesterone xx
