Cycle #1 Begins....

So AF is due Mon/Tuesday but can come anytime from tomorrow to be in my normal range. Feels like it's on it's way as have had some cramping this morning and only get that day before/day of period. Haven't had any spotting yet though. Oooh just waiting to make that call so we can start!!! xx

Just a question, would you class it as starting today or tomorrow?? I'd usually class it as today but I read somewhere the other day that after 4pm is classed as next day..... xx

Cycle day one is the first full day of bleeding, so if your period arrived in the afternoon, it's not a full day.

It's weirdly exciting to start treatment isn't it? Lol. All the best hun, hope this brings you your BFP. X

Day 2 of Synarel nafarelin spray..... So hard not to sneeze afterwards x

I didn't have spray but I can imagine it would trigger a need to sneeze. How long do you use that for? Is it 2 weeks? xx

3 weeks Lisey. My first scan (DR one) is 21st Jan. Before I got my schedule, the nurse thought it might only have been 1 or 2 weeks, so 7th or 14th Jan. I was hoping it was too especially as my cycles are only around 24 days. Hope you're feeling well?! Xx

Here's my schedule if anyone's interested..... Obviously it could all change but this is what we're working to. I think I'm on a pretty standard one.

DR scan: 21/1/15
Scan & blood test (day 8): 28/1/15
Scan & blood test (day 10): 30/1/15
EC: week commencing 2/2/15

Nafarelin nasal spray 200mcg: 2 sniffs morning and evening.
Gonal F injections: 300iu
Ovitrelle 6500iu

I'm good thanks. I was down regulating for about 3 weeks in the end I think. Was supposed to be just over 2 weeks but my body wasn't quite ready as was still bleeding. I will be watching out for all your updates, hope it all stays on schedule xx

Have had a bad headache for last few hours and really irritable. Maybe the medication kicking in but could also be other things, so not pinning it to that xx

I got awful headaches when down regulating, I hope it eases for you soon xx

Thanks Lisey. Headaches have been on and off and only had a couple so far thankfully.

Feeling really miserable and low today!..... Could be post holiday blues, as it's freezing and dark here and wish was still away lol. Or it could be the medication?! I've started to bleed today and having cramping, so I'm guessing im on my way to reaching DR??!

How long after starting DR meds did you guys start to bleed? I'm day 7 of DR today..... (And AF would be due tomorrow anyway)

It could be the meds, I felt miserable when down regulating, I had hot flashes, headaches and felt very moody. I can't remember exactly when I started bleeding but it was around the time my AF would of arrived, so a week or so after started down regulation xx

Massive headache today and hot flushes. Oh joy lol. Just feel blurgh and a bit like I'm coming down with something x

Had a few good days Lisey. Major headache and hot flushes all day yesterday though and felt really down and miserable! I'm not working at the minute as left my absolute horrible job just before Christmas. So I think I'm bored and a bit anxious.

Can't wait for down reg scan on 21st Jan. My bleed finished ages ago!
