Spoke to my friend also being treated at Belfast trust as am I, I don't think they've got community midwives now, she and I are both seeing GP in between hospital appointments

In England this is when you will be seen. I would defo ask your GP or midwife about appointments and who to seek help from if needed. That does seem like a small amount of appointments.

Obviously if you're high risk you get seen more plus extra growth scans etc X
