Cramps!!

Has anyone else had leg cramps,

Im 29 weeks and woke up in agony with calve cramp.. now i cant seem to walk properly on my right leg..

Help!!

Gah I get these too! Especially if I stretch out my legs in the middle of the night. Grr.

I had it twice this week! Hate leg cramps!

Omg I remember jumping right out of my sleep one night close to having Odhrán with the most horrendous cramp ever in my leg! The pain was unbelievable! I got a huge one in labour too! All joking aside, it make me actually scream out loud.. and when contractions were coming I was silent! Strange xx
