Hi Girls,

I have started doing some research on cot beds and mattresses..just confused on what should be the comfortable mattress for a new born baby...

mother care sells - pocket sprung, natural, spring interior, Foam mattress and Form core mattresses...

Just wondering if any of you are aware of which one is the best and the store to pick from..any advice will be helpful..Thanks in advance...

www.kiddicare.com is a good website and fair prices too.

I had spring, was advised against the foam. Next time my kids are due matresses I think I would go for pocket sprung like our own recent new bed tbh.

I would get a good one if you can afford, as you may use again.
Also think about if a cot bed rather than just a cot , then you will use it for alot longer and so would need to be something that a child would want to sleep on too.

Thanks JJ Mum. Cot bed is definitely better as i have heard Kids can use it until 4 years of age so I will go for that ..
