I didn't get any injection when I got my coil in and tbh I didn't feel a thing. I was also on my period when I got mine in, I was so embarrassed but she said they prefer it coz your defo not pregnant and your cervix is open a bit.

Keep checking them strings chick coz I never checked mine. The coil had come out at some point (never seen or felt it tho) and I ended up pregnant xx

I started my periods again Friday without hormonal contraception and it's worse than after having Leo!!! Bring on getting something if their gonna be this bad

Good shout Toon! I'll be checking them all the time now, easy to do in the shower.
