Sorry in advance for massive TMI!

I got a static smiley on CD21. I am now on CD24 and ever since I've had that smiley face I've been gassy and constipated. If I have managed to "go" it's been little rabbit droppings! Even chugging coffee (which normally makes me "go" in about 2.5 seconds) isn't making a difference, if anything it's just making me more windy.

    Does anyone else get this?

I am normally regular as clockwork so a bit confused but not concerned, probably just one of those things our lovely bodies do from time to time.

Me! After ovulation I seem to get 'bunged up' too lol.. I think it's just the change in your hormones, estrogen dropping and progesterone rising! xx

Thank you Keely! Glad to hear I'm not a medical mystery. Hopefully it's a good sign that all the right hormonal things are going on :)

Increasing progesterone can certainly slow you down.
