It's up to you when you start. If you like to every other day anyway then get cracking. We would start on CD6 and go through till after O - around CD18

try fertility friend hun, it is really self explanatory, and gives u a ticker too, or my monthly cycles is meant to be good too x (clickon my ticker and it will take u too my ff page and then go from there)

Once you've made the ticker click on the 'BB Code' option and it will look something like this

Copy that and paste it in the 'Edit Signature' option in 'User CP' which is top left of the home page
