heres a random question and its probably just me being my paranoid self!

but i read on a google search i done that many women suffer early miscarriage before they even know that they are pregnant and are none the wiser when it happens etc.

also on this search i read that the cramps i was getting on my af due date can be implantation cramps then if af shows this is miscarriage?

im not meaning to be a drama queen here but do you think this has mabe happened to me? because ive never had cramps for 3days straight with no show, this af seems more painfull than rest of them and ALOT heavier! also alot of clots....

i think im just being paranoid but has crossed my tiny mind lol

You'll drive yourself mad over it. I had a super early MC when I did find out I was pregnant and I thought maybe that's why my periods have been all over the place and I kept having really early MC and not knowing about it, but I was driving myself crazy.
