Colds what can I take?!

Ok woke up with ks cold!! that's primary schools for you lol!!!

But what can I take?! Im bunged up and have a headache due to it can't sleep feel sick dont wanna eat lol! Although nearly tube of pringles went down well lol!!! X x x x

I just took paracetamol for mine, oh and one of those olbas oil nasal inhalor thingys. It's tough when you can't reach for the old Beechams isn't it?

Not sure what you are allowed hun - I know you can have paracetamol for headaches if that helps?
Hope you feel better soon - just eat what you fancy! x

My midwife said I could take the lemsip drinks but I wouldn't advise it unless you've heard it from your own midwife. I've woken up and really hoping I'm not coming down with a 3rd cold in the last 4 weeks!!!!!!

i bought some fresh lemon and put some in a glass with hot water and honey to trick myself into thinking i was drinking a lemsip and it was quite nice! Ginger is supposed to be good so ive been drinking ginger tea and taking paracetamol x
