Hi thanks so much for the good luck from you all!!!

I caved today and bought a test from Asda, and went straight into the toilets to do it......classy huh?!

Anyways, nothing immediately came up (I mean within a min) and then my phone rang, my mae was waiting for me so I dashed off and assumed that it was a negative test.

Just took a look at the test a little while ago and there is a faint but clear line (red, not grey) - is this an evap line??? Please help cuz I don't know if this is a BFP or not?!

Not sure hun, does the instructions say not to read it after a certain amount of time....? Sounds good that it is a pink line and not a grey one! Can you do another one??

It says in instructions to discard after 15 mins - the problem is, I don't know when the line appeared - could have been after 2 mins, or after 2 hours! Grrr.

I have another test but I am too scared to do it!! I guess I should wait at least til I'm desparate for the loo before trying again?

I know ideally should wait until tomorrow....like that's going to happen!! lol

Sounds good hun but I would do another one to be sure as you didnt read it for a while....does that instructions say why you should not read it after 15 mins? mmmmmm how annoying !

The think is you shouldnt drink a lot of water (even though that will make you wee) coz it might not be able to read you if you are watered down IYNWIM! Keep us up-dated hun! x

I'll do another tonightand keep a close eye on the test this time!! Rookie mistake!

Hey mouse, that sounds good to me. I dont really understand why you cant read after 15 mins as if there is no hormone, surely it would stay negative, I had my positive test for months and it stayed pos and have also kept a negative test (so when i do another I can hold it next to it to compare) and it has stayed negative. Hope you get a lovely strong line tomorrow...we need to see pics!! xx

Ok so I caved (I am weak I know)....left it for exactly 15 mins (timed it!) and then went back to look and....................def a pink line!!!!

Woop woop I am pretty sure that's my BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.s. A line is a line right? It is faint, but def pink and same width as the control line....so that's right isn't it??

Am happy to pop piccy up if someone tells me how xx

Yey, yes a line is a line, doesnt matter how faint

For the picture, go to advanced settings, look along the top of box at all the little icons for the paper clip, it says attachments as you scroll over it, click on it and then add pic. Hope I got that right. xx

I'm 13 DPO so I was trying to hold out until at least 14DPO! Couldn't resist!

I used ASDA cuz they were just £4 for two - bargain! But I'll splash out on a digi for the morning...nono, I'm going to wait because I want to uise FMU to take me from 99% to 100% sure!

I guess I am just 2 weeks pregnant as I ov'd 13 days ago!

It's like a dream!

Looking forward to seeing the digi tomorrow, yep 2 weeks technically but doctor will count it from last period so they will say 4 weeks (depending on cycle length I guess) xx

its very unlikely to get a false positive, you can get a false negative as there can not be enough hormone but there has to be hormone for the test to come up pos so I would say dont worry and tell OH, others may have different experiences though xx
