Cleaning a pram cover

Hi
I have bought a 2nd hand pram and would like to wash all the covering etc.
The label says hand wash only, can i wash it in the washing machine?
The covers have plastic attachements, so might hand wash those, but would like to give it all a good cleaning over.
It is a M&P Pilko pram.

Any cleanig advice please.

My washing machine has a hand wash setting (for wool and delicates) so I'd use that. If I am washing anything that has bits that could break off or be damaged I normally stick them in a pillowcase before I put them in the wash. I refuse to handwash anything!

Never had even noticed the hand wash option on my machine. OOPS, clearly you can see i am not an avid housewife.
